Bring your domain home to Soarix
Start in a few minutes. Your website and email keep running while the registry moves it, and you manage everything in one place.
How the transfer works
Questions
How long does a transfer take?
Usually 5–7 days for .com and other global domains. Approving the email from your current registrar can make it faster. Some country domains work differently and can be quicker or slower.
Will my website or email stop working?
We keep the nameservers your domain points to today, so DNS stays where it is. Some registrars stop serving DNS once a domain leaves them; we check for a week after the transfer and, if that happens, recreate your records in Soarix DNS and switch automatically. Importing your zone file makes that copy complete.
Why can't my domain be transferred?
The usual reasons: the domain is still locked at your current registrar, it was registered or transferred less than 60 days ago, or it has expired. The check above names the reason when the registry shows it.
Where do I find the auth code?
In your current registrar's domain settings, often called EPP code, auth code or transfer code. Some registrars email it to you instead of showing it.
What if the transfer fails?
Your domain stays with your current registrar and keeps working. We email you, and you can retry with a fresh auth code from your dashboard.
